The School operates a continual monitoring process for the building and its resources. The School Technical and Resources Manager (STRM) maintains an overview of the Facilities whilst the day to day management of the facilities and the technical support officers is undertaken by the Technical Team Leaders. Short-term student concerns can be registered with the technicians within a particular workshop. Longer term issues should be raised by the student representatives in their programme committee meetings which take place during each semester. Concerns can be reported to firstname.lastname@example.org so that technical teams may take appropriate action.
