Remember to also check StudyNet and your email account used by the University each day for important information. From time to time problems arise where students have a query and don’t know where to go. This section hopefully clarifies who or where to go to with potential queries.
The staff listed in this section are responsible to the Dean of School.
Should you need to email your tutor or other staff, make sure that you include your full name and the title of the module or programme that your email refers to, so that the recipient can correctly identify you. While some tutors make every effort to respond to emails promptly, be mindful that some work part-time and may not be able to answer your queries immediately. You should communicate with University staff in a formal and polite manner at all times.
